GN Infotech Solutions (“GN Infotech”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a software development company based in Sector 34, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. We build custom software, mobile apps, websites, business automation, CAD & GIS solutions and desktop applications.

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through gninfotech.in (the “Website”) and in the course of providing our services. 02Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to respond to you and deliver our services:

• Enquiry details: your name, email address, phone / WhatsApp number, company name, the service you are interested in, your budget range and the project details you write in our enquiry form.
• Communications: messages, files and information you send us by WhatsApp, email or phone.
• Project information: if you become a client, the business information, requirements and data you share with us so we can build and support your software.
• Technical data: our hosting provider may automatically record standard server information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and reliability purposes.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data such as passwords, financial account details or health information through this Website.

03How our enquiry form works

When you press Send enquiry, the details you enter in our enquiry form are sent securely (over HTTPS) through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, which forwards them to our business email inbox. Our website itself does not store your details.

If you press Chat on WhatsApp instead, the form opens WhatsApp with your message filled in, and nothing is sent until you choose to send it. Messages you send us by WhatsApp or email are stored by those services and in our accounts, under those providers’ privacy policies.

04How we use your information

We use your information to:

• reply to your enquiry and prepare quotations;
• plan, build, deliver and support the software, apps or websites you engage us for;
• send you project updates, invoices and service-related messages;
• keep our Website secure and working properly; and
• meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We will not send you marketing messages unless you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.

This Website does not use cookies, analytics tools or advertising trackers. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy before doing so and, where required, ask for your consent.

07Client project data

When we build or support software for you, we may have access to data stored in your systems. Client and project records are kept for the duration of our engagement and afterwards for as long as required for support, warranty, legal, tax and accounting purposes. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
